2007 North Central Arkansas District Fair
Rules for Home Economics Department including Apiary, Floral Arrangements
and Flowers, Field Crops & Horticulture, Eggs, & Educational Exhibits
1. North Central Arkansas District Fair exhibits (except Cut Flowers and
Food Preparation) check in on Monday, September 24, from 12 noon to 7:00
p.m. Cut Flowers and Food Preparation check in from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
on Tuesday, September 25.
2. Exhibitors may have only one entry in each lot.
3. Exhibits must be made by the person in whose name it is entered.
4. Entries must have been completed in the last year (Since September 21,
2006).
5. All framed exhibits must be wired and ready for hanging (no sawtooth
hangers allowed) Wall hangings must have sleeve and dowel and be ready to
hang.
6. Each exhibit will be judged on its own merit. Exhibits are divided into
two divisions: junior (youth age 18 and under) and open (adults). Judges
decision is final.
7. North Central Arkansas District Fair exhibits check out on Sunday,
September 30, from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. No exhibit will be allowed to check
out before time and if the exhibit is removed before that time, all
premium money will be forfeited. The North Central Arkansas District Fair
Association will not be responsible for exhibits left after check-out. NO
NIGHT WATCHMAN WILL BE ON DUTY AFTER SUNDAY.
