2010 North Central Arkansas District Fair

All exhibitors should read this information!

The North Central Arkansas District Fair has made changes for entering exhibits in the Creative Arts/Family Living exhibits for the 2010 County Fair. All exhibits must be pre-registered no later than Monday, September 20th.

The North Central Arkansas District Fair is now set up to take online entries and will accept online entries from August 1st through September 20th.  To enter exhibits online go to the North Central Arkansas District Fair website www.ncadistrictfair.org and follow the link for online entries. Paper entries will also be accepted. Entry forms will be available on the website, at the fair office, or at the County Extension Office in your county. To request a paper entry form, call 870.368.4140 or email jlove@ncadistrictfair.org. All entries will be entered in the computer and entry tags will be printed prior to check-in day. Exhibits should be brought to the Izard County Fairgrounds on Monday, September 27th.  Baked Items and Cut Flowers will be accepted on Tuesday, September 28th   from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. These exhibits should be pre-registered so that tags and judging forms can be printed prior to check-in.

All exhibitors are asked to enter exhibits online or complete the paper entry form no later than
September 20, 2010 and mail or fax it to the Creative Arts Department Chairmen.
