Rules
1. All contestants must be a resident of one of the North Central Arkansas
District Fair
counties (Cleburne, Fulton, Izard, Sharp, Stone, or Van Buren) and be
attending school in
that county if school age. Contestants must be single, never married, nor
have children.
2. Each contestant may have a sponsor to pay their entry fee of $15.00 but
a sponsor is not required. Contestants must obtain their own sponsor
(businesses, parents, and/or grandparents may sponsor). Entry fees are due
with the entry form and must be RECEIVED by September 24, 2007. There will
be a $10.00 late penalty at registration if received after deadline.
3. Judges will not be from the NCADF counties and will be selected by
NCADF officials. Judges decision is final. Judges names will not be
released after the contest.
4. Contestant only will be admitted free at the gate on the night of
contest.
