Thursday, September 15:
All entries are due. Creative Arts entries can be made online or with a paper Entry form. All livestock entries must be made online! Use this link for online entries http://ncadf.fairmanager.com. No entries accepted after September 15th.

Saturday, September 17:
Miss North Central Arkansas Teen Fair Queen and Fair Queen Pageant Entries Due.  (Entry forms available on fair website at www.ncadistrictfair.org.

Friday, September 23:
6:00 p.m. – Miss North Central Ark. Teen Fair Queen and Fair Queen Pageant Rehearsal at Ozarka College.

Saturday, September 24:
Miss Teen North Central Ark. District Fair Queen Pageants and Youth Talent Contest
1:00 – 1:45 p.m. – Contestants Check-in with Contest Director at Ozarka College John E. Miller Auditorium for Interview Competition.
2:00 – 3:45 p.m. – Interview Competition (Closed to Public)
5:00 – 5:45 p.m. – Pageant and Youth Talent contestants check-in with Contest Directors at Ozarka College John E. Miller Auditorium
6:00 p.m. – Miss North Central Ark. District Teen and Fair Queen Pageants.

Monday, September 26:
Beauty Pageant (age 0-12 years) Entries Due.  (Entry forms available on fair website at www.ncadistrictfair.org.)
12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. – Creative Arts (except cut flowers and baked items), Educational, and Commercial booths check-in. All exhibits must be pre-registered and no exhibits will be accepted that are not pre-registered.
4:00 to 7:00 p.m. – Dairy Cattle, Goats and Rabbits check-in.
7:00 p.m. Weigh in Goat and Sheep Market Animals.

Tuesday, September 27:
8:15 – 9:00 a.m. – Cut Flowers and Food Preparation Baked Items  and Aquaculture check-in.
10:00 a.m. – Dairy Cattle Judging
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.- Creative Arts Judging
11:00 a.m. – Rabbit Judging
11:00 a.m. – Goat Judging
7:00 p.m. – Rabbits Check-Out (All rabbits must be gone by 9:00 pm)
7:30 p.m. – Arkansas Cowboy Mounted Shooting  - 7:30 p.m. - Arena
8:00 p.m. – Dairy Cattle and Goats Check-Out
9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Closes.

Wednesday, September 28:
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibits Open
4:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Poultry Check-In
4:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Swine and Sheep Check-In
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens.
6:00  - 6:30 p.m. – Horses Check-In (Livestock Barn)
7:00 p.m. – Horse Judging
7:00 p.m. – Market Hogs and Market Sheep Processing begins
8:00 p.m. - Hall Rodeo, LLC Rodeo (ACA and IPRA Sanctioned)

Thursday, September 29:
9:00 a.m. – Sheep Judging
10:00 a.m. – Poultry Judging (Poultry Barn closed until 3:00 p.m.)
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibits Open
11:00 a.m. – Swine Judging
4:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Junior/Open Beef Check-In
6:00 p.m. – Beauty Pageants (Amphitheater) – Baby Mister (0-18 mos), Baby Miss (0-18 mos.), Tiny Miss (19 mos. to 2 years), Tiny Mister (19 mos. to 2 years), Little Miss (3 – 5 years).
7:00 p.m. or immediately following the Beauty Pageants – The Cobb Brothers from Mountain View.
8:00 p.m. – Swine and Sheep Check-Out
8:00 p.m. - H & H Rodeo Company Ranch Rodeo in the Arena

Friday, September 30:
9:00 a.m. –Youth Day Contests.
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Open
1:00 p.m. – Youth Day Awards Presentation.
2:00 p.m. – Junior Beef Showmanship Contest. (“Blow-n-Go” NO adhesives permitted. Disqualified if adhesives are detected by judge)
5:00 p.m. or at Conclusion of Jr. Beef Showmanship – Open Beef Cattle Judging.
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens
6:00 p.m. – Beauty Pageants (Amphitheater) – Petite Miss (age 6-9 years) and Young Miss (age 10-12 years)
7:00 p.m. or immediately following the Beauty Pageants – J. R. Rogers All Star Band.
8:00 p.m. - H & H Rodeo Company Ranch Rodeo

Saturday, October 1:
8:00 a.m. – “Best of the Best” Showmanship Contest – Rules and Selection. (Show Arena)
9:00 a.m. – “Best of the Best” Showmanship Contest (Show Arena).
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Open (Sharp and Van Buren County Hostess)
11:00 a.m.– Junior Beef Cattle Show.
11:00 a.m. – Mayor’s Cookie Jar Live Auction (Show Arena) – To be Held During Junior Beef  Show.
12:00 noon – Tri-County Cattlemen’s Assoc. Junior Exhibitors Luncheon
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens
6:00 p.m. – North Central Arkansas Talent Showcase (Amphitheater).
7:00 p.m. – Poultry Check-Out. (All poultry must be gone by 9:00 p.m.)
7:30 p.m.  - M0-Ark Truck Pulling Association Sanctioned Pull – X-Factor Sled.
8:00 p.m. - Sidney Creek Arena Ranch Sorting
8:00 p.m. – All remaining livestock released.

Sunday, October 2:
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibits and Educational Booths Check-Out.  (Building will not be open until 1:00 p.m.)
