GENERAL RULES
AND REGULATIONS

North Central Arkansas Spring District Fair
exhibitors are restricted as follows:
(A) Open only to Jr. Exhibitors. Jr. Exhibitors are those
individuals 19 years of age
or younger, single, and never married. Exhibitors may not exhibit after
graduating from high school or earning a GED.
(B) Exhibitors must reside in the North Central District--Sharp,
Izard, Fulton,
Cleburne, Stone or Van Buren counties./OR
(C) If not a
resident of the North Central District, then the exhibitor must attend a
school in a county in the North Central District, or be a member of a
4-H or FFA chapter in the district. All exhibitors must be a 4-H or FFA
member and be under the supervision of a 4-H or FFA advisor. Exhibitors
who are not old enough to be 4-H or FFA members may show under the
supervision of a parent/guardian.
(D) Jr.
Exhibitors may show in only one District in Arkansas. Juniors are
reminded that it is unethical to accept premium monies in more than one
district. The North Central Arkansas Spring District Fair board reserves
the right to withhold premium money if exhibitors do not abide by this
rule.

The Fair Manager has complete authority to
make all decisions.

In no case will the
North Central Arkansas Spring District Fair Association or any of its
officers or directors be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury,
death due to disease, theft, or from any other cause of any character to
any property, while on the fair grounds, or at any time or place.
However, all precautions will be taken to prevent accidents.

The total number of points awarded to
exhibits will be divided into the entire premium money to determine the
value of each point.

Premium checks will be issued as soon as
possible following the fair. Premium checks will be void if presented
after December 31, 2008.

Exhibits removed before the official check
out time will forfeit premium money.

The rules and regulations of the North
Central Spring District Fair Association are made and approved by the
board of directors. The board has the authority to give final ruling of
any protest that may arise.
